  • Free language services to people with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), including:

    • Qualified interpreters

    • Information written in other languages

If you believe University Clinical Health has failed to provide auxiliary aids or services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, and/or sex, or violated a patient’s health information privacy or security rights, you may file a grievance with the UCH Compliance Officer using the contact information above. You may file a grievance in person, by mail or email. If you need help with a grievance, the UCH Compliance Officer is available to help you.
